The thing about upgrading computer ram is that you need to be real specific and know which ones really work for your laptop as you might waste time and money by buying the wrong module. Of course I say this as I have a bad experience wherein I bough a computer ram for my generic brand laptop and what I bought in a sale online was a Dell memory but it turns out the laptop wont run with that module so I had to find another one, a generic branded memory module for it to run again. That was a waste of money back then. Now I have a new Macbook and I will make sure that when I upgrade it, I will only buy an original Mac memory to make sure i dont have a repeat of the same mistake I had back then.
