My husband and I finally bought our dream house. It was not an easy task to find the best one in the market. Actually it took us a year. At first, we tried to find it by ourselves. But since we are too busy from our work, we don’t have much time left to search in every neighborhood. So we decided then to hire an agent to help us out. Luckily, our agent is very good at his job and was able to show us a few houses in the neighborhood we preferred. Fortunately, there was a newly built house that was listed and we found all our requirements in that house. Though there are certain areas in the house that needs an update, still it has a lot of potential. So we decided to put an offer. It was a tough process because we need to compete along with the other offers. Nevertheless, we are grateful because we got the house. It was a little over our budget and good thing that we have enough savings that we could use for the renovation. It has been three months since we moved-in and we are still working on the renovations. We opt not to change the carpet and we’re glad that we found Boston carpet cleaners. They really did a great job. Our carpet looks new again. We also renovate our masters bathroom, however, our contractor found a plumbing problem. If there is one historical figure that fascinates me the most, then that is no other than Cleopatra, former queen of Egypt. It was rumored that she bathed in milk on a daily basis and she had the most beautiful bathroom ever. I am imagining gold, marble, soft lighting, etc. When I remodeled my entire house, I allotted ample focus on the bathroom since the last time I checked, it is still my most favorite part of the house. I drew inspiration from the lifestyle of Cleopatra when I was explaining to my team of designers what I wanted. They immediately suggested gold, marble, soft lighting… things I am definitely aware of but not confident to execute. With that theme in mind, I got Bathroom Vanities that suit my overall taste. My bathroom now looks like a close rival of what I think Cleopatra’s bathroom looked like. I love, in the particular, the little gold details we put in the bathroom. It was so regal. I also did not forget about the kitchen since I love to cook. I had the carpenters install a very traditional yet exciting set of Kitchen Faucets and Kitchen Sinks. My kitchen now looks like an Iron Chef would fall in love cooking in it. The theme of my bathroom and kitchen is in stark contrast. While my bathroom was channeling regal, my kitchen was channeling utilitarian and industrial chic. My kitchen still has that classic elements but added kick to it my making it seem bare yet not empty. I really appreciate the clean feel of my new kitchen. On the other hand, my bathroom is also equally adorable. After a nice time of cooking my favorite dishes, I’d soak in my tub and think of myself as royalty. My weekend now often involves two activities: cooking and luxurious baths.

It is often said that a house does not necessarily mean home. The former connotes the formal structure of the house while the latter the love and warmth in it. In the case of my family, we have always considered anywhere we go a home, as long as we are happy together. The thing we find hard accepting now is that fact that our house has been devastated by strong flash floods. In other words, we no longer have a home due to the weather schizophrenia caused by global warming. We were one of the lucky ones who have close relatives whose houses we temporarily stayed in. It was an opportune time to save and plan on buying a house of our own again. Three months ago, we looked into Manufactured homes for sale as our likely option in buying our new house. With an affordable price, the New manufactured homes for sale was really a bargain, it was almost charity to our part. We went over the various house designs available and since the houses where located in a good place, and had functionality, and most importantly, it fit our budget, we have decided to buy one for our family. Actually, it felt like a blessing in disguise Manufactured homes. They offer a lot of Americans the a choice to own a house then can surely call for themselves. We are about to move in to our new manufactured house this weekend. My two kids can’t be more excited since they both have their own rooms. The typhoon and flash floods that befell us last year was not the end for my family to own a good house again. This time, we chose a better location than our previous house. I really can’t wait to move into the new house this weekend!

There was no time to lose after learning about a neighbour’s house that was completely scoured and turned upside down by ruthless gang members who wiped their valuables out. Cars gone astray

I was driving along the highway when my car suddenly went berserk. It started making a lot of noise that I had to stop to check if it weren’t about to explode. I immediately called my friend for help. He was able to contact the emergency team or something of the highway police which responded very quickly. It was a difficult spot to be in since, did I not mention I was stuck in a highway?! I learned my lesson that day. I immediately had my car fixed and I couldn’t care less what new parts were needed as long as my car would become useful again. I had my friend help me through Pep Boys since my car was in major trouble. Within 2 weeks I got my car back. When I started driving it around again, after that Pepboys session, I couldn’t help but be paranoiac in terms of the performance of my can, errr, car. Even the slightest change in sound (caused by passing by a hump or some debris on the street,, or I dunno) made me very much attentive since who knows, another car disaster might be at the offing. Last week, I made a long drive (I had to since it was part of my work) and even asked my friend to come with me just to be sure I have added help should my car break down again. What a relief when we reached our destination with all our limbs in their proper place. Actually, my friend though I was just too over dramatic about the whole incident. Right now, my car does not worry me anymore, it functions properly and I think that is the most important thing. One cannot predict when another car trouble will occur. But I am prepared should my car get crazy again. I just have to be calm and take it like a big girl. Help is always available anyway.
