It was not an easy task to find the best one in the market. Actually it took us a year. At first, we tried to find it by ourselves. But since we are too busy from our work, we don’t have much time left to search in every neighborhood. So we decided then to hire an agent to help us out. Luckily, our agent is very good at his job and was able to show us a few houses in the neighborhood we preferred. Fortunately, there was a newly built house that was listed and we found all our requirements in that house. Though there are certain areas in the house that needs an update, still it has a lot of potential. So we decided to put an offer. It was a tough process because we need to compete along with the other offers. Nevertheless, we are grateful because we got the house. It was a little over our budget and good thing that we have enough savings that we could use for the renovation. It has been three months since we moved-in and we are still working on the renovations. We opt not to change the carpet and we’re glad that we found Boston carpet cleaners. They really did a great job. Our carpet looks new again. We also renovate our masters bathroom, however, our contractor found a plumbing problem. So we looked on the same web site and found the Boston plumbers. We chose them to do the job because we are certain that the job will be done as it should be. Once again, we made the right decision with Boston plumbers. The renovations went smoothly and were finished on time. We are very relaxed now and just enjoying our dream house.
